What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market access roadmap for Ceribell’s product portfolio.
  • Lead long-term strategy for new and existing reimbursement pathways across ED, ICU, and inpatient settings.
  • Identify and address barriers related to coding, coverage, payment, and hospital workflows.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) and commercial payers.
  • Lead payer education initiatives, highlighting clinical evidence, economic value, and outcomes impact.
  • Work with Clinical to define HEOR evidence needs and develop budget impact models and cost-effectiveness analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health policy, business, science, public health, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or consulting within the medical device, diagnostics, or digital health industry.
  • 3+ years in market access, reimbursement, HEOR, or payer strategy within medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health.
  • Proven success securing positive coverage and driving reimbursement for innovative hospital-based medical technologies.
  • Deep expertise with U.S. reimbursement systems, particularly inpatient market including DRG payment, CMS policy, commercial payer processes, and CPT/HCPCS codes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting to clinical, payer, and executive stakeholders.
