Customer Solution Specialist (Ecommerce): Helping B2B e-commerce customers navigate software questions, shipping logistics, and financial matters with an accent on problem-solving and customer empowerment. Location: This position is based in our HQ in Eindhoven (Hybrid work model: at least 2-3x a week at the office)

Salary: €2,700–€3,000 gross/month, depending on experience

Requirements

  • You have full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing
  • Previous CS experience is a bonus, but we care more about curiosity and mindset
  • You thrive on learning, take ownership of your mistakes, and love growing from them
  • You can think on your feet, juggle multiple things at once, and stay cool under pressure
  • You’re ready to jump in full-time for 40 hours a week.
