What you will do
- Implement new conversational experiences, working across engineering, data, and insurance expertise.
- Work on making systems and products scale from 1M+ to 10M+ members.
- Influence system architecture and code quality.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the product and engineering culture.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Engineer.
- Strong background in software engineering and systems architecture with a focus on backend engineering.
- Fluent in English.
