What you will do

  • Implement new conversational experiences, working across engineering, data, and insurance expertise.
  • Work on making systems and products scale from 1M+ to 10M+ members.
  • Influence system architecture and code quality.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to the product and engineering culture.

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Engineer.
  • Strong background in software engineering and systems architecture with a focus on backend engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
