What you will do

  • Identify and design high-impact GenAI use cases across the commercial value chain, including brand planning and campaign orchestration.
  • Translate commercial challenges such as MLR cycles and content development into structured AI solution requirements.
  • Drive AI capabilities within campaign workspaces to assist in brief creation, messaging, and next-best-action generation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for pharma-specific processes and compliance standards for engineering teams.
  • Support GTM strategies by participating in client discovery workshops and articulating the business value of AI solutions.
  • Validate AI outputs for brand relevance and compliance within sensitive healthcare contexts.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in pharma commercial roles, specifically in brand or campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of launch execution and omnichannel strategy within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to work within MLR and compliance structures.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across business, product, and technical teams.
  • Strong grasp of commercial KPIs and performance tracking methodologies.
