What you will do

  • Proactively develop and manage business relationships at store level to achieve mutual opportunities.
  • Accurately manage accounts to deliver performance objectives, including training and maximizing TFS and DCC business.
  • Analyze business statistics, present findings, discuss insights, and implement action plans.
  • Conduct store visits in line with the company segmentation model.
  • Improve merchant knowledge and expertise by providing product instructions and trainings.
  • Ensure optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in business relationship management and account management.
