What you will do
- Administer and manage Dell infrastructure environments.
- Monitor and manage system logs, reviewing health and performance.
- Handle user requests while acting as an extension of the customer’s team.
- Support change management processes and provide technical evaluations.
- Generate regular operational reports and provide technology recommendations.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to address customer resource gaps.
Requirements
- Fluent English required
- Experience with Dell PowerEdge Servers and OpenManage Enterprise
- Strong knowledge of GPU hardware configuration and Nvidia Bright Cluster software
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including Layer 2 switching and VLAN configuration
- Experience with Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu) installation and hardening
- Experience in large data center environments and troubleshooting
