What you will do
- Manage a CAD team dedicated to AMS and optics design methodologies.
- Mentor and guide engineers on methodology and flow-related challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including Design, Layout, IT, and EDA.
- Improve design organization productivity through flow automation and operational support.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of technical workflows for internal customers.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry defining AMS design methodology.
- Prior management experience supporting CAD/design teams.
- Deep understanding of AMS design flows including simulation, extraction, and EMIR analysis using major EDA tools.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
