What you will do

  • Manage a CAD team dedicated to AMS and optics design methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide engineers on methodology and flow-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups, including Design, Layout, IT, and EDA.
  • Improve design organization productivity through flow automation and operational support.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of technical workflows for internal customers.

Requirements

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry defining AMS design methodology.
  • Prior management experience supporting CAD/design teams.
  • Deep understanding of AMS design flows including simulation, extraction, and EMIR analysis using major EDA tools.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Hands-on experience supporting AMS design teams.
  • Experience with Silicon Photonics design flows.
