What you will do
- Schedule and organize interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate candidate travel and reimbursements.
- Support the onboarding process by helping to prepare new hire documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within HR or recruitment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever is preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to handle sensitive personal and company information with discretion.
