What you will do

  • Schedule and organize interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate candidate travel and reimbursements.
  • Support the onboarding process by helping to prepare new hire documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within HR or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever is preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle sensitive personal and company information with discretion.
