What you will do
- Lead a team of 5+ developers in software development initiatives.
- Act as a technical mentor for backend and frontend engineers, providing guidance on architecture and design decisions.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment with business requirements and meet delivery timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to critical feature designs.
- Implement robust documentation for knowledge base, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with expertise in modern Java versions and Spring ecosystem.
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
- Strong expertise across AWS services, including Cognito, Lambda, S3, SQS and RDS.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in English.

- Front-end experience with React, Angular and Next.js, including JavaScript and TypeScript.
