What you will do

- Lead large-scale technology transformation programs and modernization initiatives.
- Manage regional IT budgets and portfolio governance.
- Develop and mentor high-performing IT&D teams across the region.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany, Poland, France, Netherlands, Spain, or Israel
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience in large global, matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-country IT operations and transformation programs.
- Broad expertise across applications, ERP, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Language: Fluency in English is required
- Master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
