What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global affiliate strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Own performance goals for the affiliates function and manage the affiliate platform.
  • Design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks in the affiliate space.
  • Strategically curate a high-impact B2B partner ecosystem and optimize affiliate commission structures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates through proactive communication and support.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure high-converting and compliant marketing materials for affiliates.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing an affiliate program within a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of significantly growing affiliate-generated revenue in a global/multi-language environment.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reporting, and analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Impact.com.
  • English: B2 required for standardized communication.
