What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global affiliate strategy aligned with company growth and revenue objectives.
- Own performance goals for the affiliates function and manage the affiliate platform.
- Design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks in the affiliate space.
- Strategically curate a high-impact B2B partner ecosystem and optimize affiliate commission structures.
- Maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates through proactive communication and support.
- Work with creative teams to ensure high-converting and compliant marketing materials for affiliates.
Requirements
- Several years of experience managing an affiliate program within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of significantly growing affiliate-generated revenue in a global/multi-language environment.
- Deep understanding of affiliate tracking technology, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Impact.com.
- English: B2 required for standardized communication.
