What you will do

  • Lead and manage a frontend unit of ~25 engineers through Team Leads.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, succession management, and technical health of the charting product line.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through data-driven governance and proactive problem-solving.
  • Foster technical synergy across teams and maintain high architectural standards.
  • Oversee the development of the main B2C Chart, B2B Charting Libraries, and Desktop application.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role within frontend engineering.
  • Experience managing multiple teams (Manager-of-Managers) or a large engineering unit.
  • Deep understanding of frontend architectures, ideally with TypeScript and React.
  • Ability to foster efficient development engines without micromanagement.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Tbilisi, Georgia, or Limassol, Cyprus.
  • Strong communication skills for a global, distributed environment.
