What you will do

  • Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to contract details, ensuring alignment with billing policies.
  • Analyze order management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in revenue recognition processes and support audit requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently.

Requirements

  • Business degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management preferred.
  • 1-4 years of Order to Cash experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels, functions, and geographies.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
