What you will do

  • Implement and configure Harrison.ai software solutions as part of project teams, including onsite and remote activities.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather project requirements and provide training.
  • Manage and support Ubuntu Linux enterprise systems remotely.
  • Collaborate with healthcare vendor partners to maintain system integrations.
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for customers and sales teams.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and manage customer cases professionally.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Spain
  • Experience with case management tools (Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) and knowledge base platforms (Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with AWS, VMWare, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Linux system administration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare informatics standards and protocols (HL7, DICOM, PACS, EHR, RIS).
  • Networking knowledge including DNS and TCP/IP.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year.
