- Build and nurture senior-level client and industry networks.
- Drive operational excellence in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and Salesforce hygiene.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B sales, including experience in Assessments, HRTech, and HCM.
- Demonstrated ability to construct value-based commercial proposals and pitches.
- Proven success managing large, complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering against ambitious targets.
- Ability to connect trends, signals, and customer needs to shape the future state of the business.
- Deep familiarity with sales methodologies like Miller Heiman.
- Confidence in using analytics, insights, and sales technology to drive decisions.
