Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, including experience in Assessments, HRTech, and HCM.
  • Demonstrated ability to construct value-based commercial proposals and pitches.
  • Proven success managing large, complex enterprise sales cycles and delivering against ambitious targets.
  • Ability to connect trends, signals, and customer needs to shape the future state of the business.
  • Deep familiarity with sales methodologies like Miller Heiman.
  • Confidence in using analytics, insights, and sales technology to drive decisions.
