Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and French is required.
  • Familiarity with modern security methods such as MFA, mobile authenticators, and e-ID.
  • Experience with enterprise ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical solutions to non-technical users in person and remotely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and patience for working with elderly audiences.
