What you will do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for your Mid-Market territory.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and RevOps to drive a seamless customer journey.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline insights and forecasts to leadership.
  • Shape and iterate the DACH market strategy to maintain competitiveness.
  • Continuously refine sales skills through peer shadowing and feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a quota-carrying AE in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Confident communicator with high-level presentation and active listening skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
