What you will do
- Partner with Senior Account Executive to drive pipeline creation across the territory.
- Identify and prospect new organizations fitting the ITSM ideal customer profile.
- Engage existing customers to identify ITSM opportunities and initiate conversations.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social outreach.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support marketing and field events.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas, USA
- 2–5 years experience in inside sales, SDR, or business development in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong interest in enterprise sales career and proven pipeline generation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
