What you will do

  • Partner with Senior Account Executive to drive pipeline creation across the territory.
  • Identify and prospect new organizations fitting the ITSM ideal customer profile.
  • Engage existing customers to identify ITSM opportunities and initiate conversations.
  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and support marketing and field events.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Austin, Texas, USA
  • 2–5 years experience in inside sales, SDR, or business development in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong interest in enterprise sales career and proven pipeline generation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
