Staff UX Researcher (User Experience): Leading research projects and defining research protocols for a portfolio of products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that benefit from research offerings. Focus on building a new multi-faceted research program and culture, serving as the champion of users’ needs and ensuring research findings are fully leveraged in the product design and development lifecycle.
Location: This role operates in a hybrid capacity. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Lead research projects in collaboration with designers, product managers, UI developers, and backend engineers.
- Communicate the value of user research and track its impact on products.
- Define research protocols and plans for the product portfolio.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Build a new multi-faceted research program and culture.
- Build the research strategy for flagship products.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of user research experience for web and/or cloud products with a bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, applicable behavioural science, or a related field (or 5–7+ years with a master’s degree or a PhD with 3–5+ years of experience or equivalent total experience).
- Proficient in a variety of user research techniques and reports.
- Track record of creating user journeys, conducting on-premises contextual enquiries, and developing data-driven cloud analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- B2B experience required; domain experience in cloud computing is a major plus.
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills and strong interest in data visualization and enterprise software.
