What you will do

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to drive business value and evangelize platform capabilities internally and externally.
  • Support the sales organization by qualifying leads and matching product technical capabilities to customer-specific business goals.
  • Facilitate value-based workshops for prospects to demonstrate strategic ROI and solve complex IT operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Security, Operations, and Service Management to identify new use cases.
  • Lead large-scale enterprise transactions and contribute to marketing activities and company events.

Requirements

  • Must have extensive experience (5+ years) in a technical presales or consulting role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in SaaS/Cloud environments.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL, Desktop Services, or Digital Experience Monitoring.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience introducing new technology into competitive markets.
  • Ability to travel domestically within the USA and internationally as required.
