• We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer responsible for maintaining and supporting the organizations IT infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments. The role involves managing servers, virtualization platforms, infrastructure security, and ensuring system availability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain server infrastructure across Development, UAT, and Production environments ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Install, configure, and administer Windows/Linux servers, including system patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) including provisioning and monitoring virtual machines.
  • Administer Active Directory services including user management, group policies, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance using monitoring tools and perform incident troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Manage and monitor backup solutions and disaster recovery processes, including periodic restore testing.
  • Implement infrastructure security practices such as OS hardening, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, including architecture diagrams, HLD/LLD, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or System Administration.

  • Strong experience in Windows Server Administration.

  • Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP administration.

  • Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

  • Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and system availability

    practices.

  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewall, routing).

  • Familiarity with infrastructure security practices including patch management and vulnerability remediation.
