What you will do
- Build cloud-native data ingestion and aggregation processes handling daily gigabytes of data.
- Develop features for detecting market manipulation, fraud, and behavioral patterns.
- Build and optimize batch and streaming data pipelines processing billions of records daily.
- Develop scalable API services on AWS capable of handling thousands of requests per second.
- Modernize the existing stack to scale capacity by 10x.
- Debug production issues across distributed microservices.
Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-native microservices-based distributed systems on AWS or GCP.
- Strong background in object-oriented programming, specifically Java or Python.
- Extensive experience working on backend systems and projects.
- Practical experience with Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Commitment to shipping and iterating directly with product and design teams.
- Interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.
Nice to have
- Proven track record of mentoring other engineers.
- Experience leading cross-team projects and driving technical architectural decisions.
- Experience with Spark, Flink, or Databricks.
