- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat within minutes of their inquiry.
- Follow up with leads in an automated sequence and manage call steps.
- Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions in Outreach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inbound sales or lead development role.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent often preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish & Portuguese.
- Familiarity with Outreach and Salesforce.
- High emotional intelligence, self-organized, resilience to rejection, and a “hunter” mindset.
