  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat within minutes of their inquiry.
  • Follow up with leads in an automated sequence and manage call steps.
  • Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions in Outreach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in inbound sales or lead development role.
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent often preferred).
  • Fluent in Spanish & Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with Outreach and Salesforce.
  • High emotional intelligence, self-organized, resilience to rejection, and a “hunter” mindset.
