What you will do
- Lead and manage IT and digital transformation initiatives across the full project life cycle.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
- Drive clear project governance, communication, and reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, digital, or transformation projects.
- Proven experience delivering complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of IT systems and software delivery processes.
- Hands-on experience applying project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
