What you will do
- Design and build highly scalable full-stack applications delivering exceptional user experiences across web and communication channels.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express, and Ruby on Rails.
- Leverage Agentic AI technologies to enhance code quality, development productivity, and intelligent product capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers in a remote-first Agile environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience building and scaling production-grade web applications and distributed systems.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern frontend/backend architecture patterns.
- Solid experience developing and maintaining high-volume Ruby on Rails applications.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web standards (HTML, CSS), and modern frontend engineering best practices.
- Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Proven experience working in Agile teams using Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing observability practices including logging, metrics, real-time monitoring, and performance profiling.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agentic AI technologies in software development workflows.
- Experience working with AWS services and deploying cloud-native applications.
