Salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD (Colorado); $105,000–$140,000 CAD (Ontario).

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and validating product concepts.

  • Analyze market data and competitive landscape to make informed product decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with engineering, design, and operations teams.
  • Effectively communicate product strategies and progress to executives and board members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and/or driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with generative AI / Large Language Model technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead others.
