What you will do

  • Own analytics request intake, scoping, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Translate game, monetization, and operational data into clear recommendations tied to business impact.
  • Produce dashboards, analyses, and executive-ready summaries that inform live-ops tuning, event strategy, and monetization planning.
  • Transition exploratory analyses into durable, standardized Looker dashboards.
  • Support live-ops teams during major events, sales, and incidents with rapid analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, Production, Design, and Engineering to align on goals and constraints.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in game analytics, live-ops analytics, product analytics, or a similar embedded role.
  • Strong understanding of F2P KPIs.
  • Experience working with datasets, proficiency in SQL (BigQuery or equivalent).
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker or comparable BI platforms.
  • Solid statistical reasoning and analytical judgment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
