What you will do
- Set priorities, plan work, and support team growth as a people manager
- Ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and security
- Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines for web, desktop, and mobile products
- Design and maintain infrastructure using Kubernetes, IaC, clouds, and on-prem solutions
- Improve reliability, performance, and security of services and set up monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Participate in architecture discussions, analyze incidents, and advise development teams
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, and werf
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
- Experience building monitoring and alerting systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Sentry
- Good understanding of reliability, scalability, and security principles
- Experience collaborating with developers and business stakeholders
- English proficiency at least B2 level
Nice to have
- Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices
- Understanding of FinOps
- Experience transforming infrastructure or scaling engineering teams
