What you will do
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to developing business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects of high strategic importance.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
- Assist with day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management or related fields.
- Ability to work from our Berlin HQ at least 3 times a week.
- 1-2 years experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, high-growth start-up).
- An entrepreneur at heart with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong organizational & prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
