Location: Hybrid or fully on-site in Warsaw, Poland (minimum three days per week in the office). Relocation to Poland is required.

Salary: 23 200 – 31 900 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

  • Monitor and analyze legislative developments, policy trends, and industry issues.
  • Develop public policy strategies and external advocacy programs across Europe and North America.
  • Represent CD PROJEKT RED externally and engage with key policymakers and government officials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop external narratives and execute public policy outreach.
  • Articulate public policy positions in briefing papers and consultation responses.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on matters of public policy to inform perception and direction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ relevant experience working with government, think tanks, public interest groups, technology industry groups, or corporate public policy organizations.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Track record of successful execution and strong relationship building skills.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to define own work and processes.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
  • Openness to frequent travel.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in video games, creative and tech sectors, with knowledge of consumer protection, IP, privacy, and online safety policies.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Media, or Public Policy.
