What you will do
- Redefine risk policies and controls by applying advanced knowledge of AI and automation to unlock predictive management.
- Innovate risk management approaches that integrate guardrails directly into operational processes rather than as standalone tasks.
- Partner with internal business units and risk peers to drive adoption of new automated oversight frameworks.
- Ensure alignment between innovative AI risk tools and enterprise-wide regulatory standards.
- Help shape the Group's foundational data, privacy, and retention policies.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of experience in a risk or first-line control function within Financial Services.
- Must have 5+ years of experience using AI, analytics, or quantitative methods to drive process innovation.
- Must have 5+ years of strategic decision-making experience.
- Demonstrable ability to build partnerships and provide expert advice.
- Proven record of effective delivery through periods of rapid change.
- Strong familiarity with scaled Agile methodologies.
Nice to have
- Expertise in non-financial risk.
- Prior experience as a data scientist or software engineer.
- Operational risk experience in financial services.
- Data privacy certification such as CIPP/E.
