What you will do
- Deliver modernization projects migrating customers to Snowflake and Snowpark platforms.
- Engage with customers and partners as a technical expert throughout migration processes.
- Collaborate internally to improve Snowconvert utility based on project feedback.
- Run workshops and design sessions with stakeholders and customers.
- Create repeatable processes and documentation from customer engagements.
- Develop frameworks for distributed computing, Apache Spark, PySpark, Kafka, REST APIs, and machine learning integration.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Mexico with remote work.
- 2-5 years experience as solutions architect, data architect, DBA, or data engineer.
- Experience with data warehousing, BI, AI/ML, cloud projects, and application modernization.
- Hands-on skills in Spark, Scala, Python, Java, SQL, and large-scale database technologies including Snowflake.
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver customer outcomes.
