What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan aligned to customer business objectives and Databricks’ growth goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new business units.
  • Lead and motivate a virtual team of sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and GSIs to drive co-sell motions and scale adoption.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding client expectations & internal KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a global account management role within the technology industry.
  • Consistent quota over-achievement in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
  • Experience driving adoption of usage-based, consumption-led models.
  • Proven experience selling enterprise software platforms to large, complex organizations.
  • Solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape with prior technology or SaaS sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with client stakeholders.
