What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB beauty and wellness accounts.
- Execute high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social.
- Deliver compelling virtual product demos that connect Fresha's platform to business pain points.
- Identify and qualify higher-value opportunities, then partner with senior BDMs for hand-off.
- Run sharp discovery calls to understand prospect businesses and Fresha's impact.
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements
- 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles with a proven track record of hitting quota.
- Experience selling SaaS, point-of-sale, payments, or technology to SMBs.
- Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, not just setting appointments.
- A confident, warm phone and video presence that builds trust quickly.
- Highly organized with a disciplined CRM habit and ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline.
- Resilient, coachable, and genuinely motivated by targets and team wins.
Nice to have
- Background in or genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Experience with marketplace platforms, booking software, or payment technology.
- Familiarity with inside sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
