What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB beauty and wellness accounts.
  • Execute high-volume inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social.
  • Deliver compelling virtual product demos that connect Fresha's platform to business pain points.
  • Identify and qualify higher-value opportunities, then partner with senior BDMs for hand-off.
  • Run sharp discovery calls to understand prospect businesses and Fresha's impact.
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline and hit monthly/quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR roles with a proven track record of hitting quota.
  • Experience selling SaaS, point-of-sale, payments, or technology to SMBs.
  • Comfortable owning a full sales cycle, not just setting appointments.
  • A confident, warm phone and video presence that builds trust quickly.
  • Highly organized with a disciplined CRM habit and ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline.
  • Resilient, coachable, and genuinely motivated by targets and team wins.

Nice to have

  • Background in or genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms, booking software, or payment technology.
