What you will do
- Lead end-to-end PSP and payment orchestrator integrations from discovery to launch.
- Own and prioritize the payments backlog and roadmap, aligning technical improvements with business impact.
- Design and continuously improve a PSP-agnostic, scalable payment infrastructure.
- Partner with Engineering to deliver secure, maintainable, and future-ready architecture.
- Collaborate with Payments Operations to increase authorization rates and expand global coverage.
- Evaluate, select, and onboard new payment providers with a rigorous technical lens.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Proven, hands-on experience integrating PSPs such as Adyen, Stripe, Checkout.com, Worldpay, or PayPal.
- Experience working with payment orchestration platforms or multi-PSP environments.
- Strong understanding of payment flows (authorization, capture, refunds, recurring payments).
- Strong understanding of tokenization, recurring billing logic, 3DS, and SCA fundamentals.
- Confidence discussing APIs, payload structures, error codes, and system architecture with engineers.

- Experience in subscription-based or recurring revenue business models.
- Exposure to global payment expansion strategies.
- Experience improving authorization rates or payment performance optimization.
