What you will do

  • Optimize a 7-figure annual budget focused on maximizing revenue impact and minimizing cost per deal.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to improve lead quality and full-funnel conversion.
  • Execute rigorous A/B testing on audiences, bidding strategies, and creative formats.
  • Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights tied to closed-won deals.
  • Manage the performance marketing tech stack and ensure accurate attribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing within SaaS or B2B sectors.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ad platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing large annual budgets.
