What you will do

  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions with custom objects, flows, and validation rules.
  • Design and manage Data Cloud data streams and identity resolution rules to unify GTM data.
  • Own and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring reliable data sync.
  • Manage a sprint backlog, scope, and prioritize work with RevOps leadership.
  • Communicate proactively on blockers, design decisions, and trade-offs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or GTM Systems Engineer.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow, custom object modeling, and platform event-driven architecture.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with clear updates on design decisions and risks.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated experience configuring and deploying Agentforce.
  • Agentforce experience - building agents, configuring topics, actions, and grounding data sources.
  • Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.
  • Familiarity with Asana for backlog management and sprint planning.
