What you will do
- Support Foundry for advanced node projects with tool deployment for 2D or 3DIC projects.
- Build and deliver the power analysis (IR-drop/EM) methodology and flow in the foundry advanced process technologies.
- Evaluate tool capability to demonstrate for customers and deploy the tool solution.
- Deliver the EM techfile with TSMC for mutual key customers.
- Analyze and communicate resolution of technical issues for customers and team members.
- Proactively seek more information to address issues/problems and utilize resources effectively.
