What you will do
- Own daily demand planning and fleet staffing to balance service levels and cost efficiency.
- Design and optimize supply levers and fleet engagement models including pay and incentives.
- Evaluate financial impact and monitor cost-per-order trends to align with profitability targets.
- Manage logistics performance for key European markets, identifying and solving operational bottlenecks.
- Analyze complex datasets and implement data science models and automation tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Logistics Heads, Finance, and Product Managers to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be located onsite in Stockholm, Sweden.
- 3+ years experience in tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
- University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Looker for data analysis and KPI tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to challenge status quo and drive improvements.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
