What you will do
- Lead and motivate the implementation team to install Premier products for new and existing customers.
- Coordinate internal and customer dependencies to ensure successful and on-schedule implementations.
- Facilitate communication between the client and internal team, managing issues and final decisions.
- Determine resource allocation and define project plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings and training sessions.
- Escalate and prioritize technological issues on behalf of the client.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and own their resolutions.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to interact well with customers and maintain a strong customer support ethic.
- Proven success in information systems implementation and support.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Nice to have
- Prior experience implementing or supporting the Epic or Cerner software systems.
- Prior experience implementing products with AI-driven models.
- Prior experience in Hospital and/or Professional Billing, Claims, or Revenue Cycle.
- Clinical experience (RN, MA, etc.).
