What you will do
- Drive innovative development teams to build AI native zero to one capabilities and experiences
- Contribute as a technical builder by using AI-assisted coding tools to develop rapid POCs and early-stage concepts
- Create program structures that empower teams to achieve successful outcomes
- Manage program reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications
- Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit’s technical & business strategy
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Research, Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent degree.
- Strong Program Management experience, including 7 or more years leading multiple complex software development programs end-to-end
- Proven experience driving organizational change
- Experience in working directly on programs leading with AI, and Generative AI tools and technologies.
- Strategic, creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences, strong presentation skills and compelling storytelling abilities.
