- Background in consulting, reward, HR transformation, or internal Work & Career Architecture roles.
- Exposure to job evaluation and work measurement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Work format: Hybrid in London.

- Fluent in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
