What you will do

  • Take ownership of a specific part of the game in terms of production and communication to different stakeholders.
  • Participate in the strategic and tactical planning process and assume ownership of the planning and progress.
  • Monitor progress, provide regular overviews, and forecast potential deviations to project stakeholders.
  • Participate in quality reviews of completed work to ensure project standards are met.
  • Identify and analyze risks and project priorities, suggesting alternative solutions.
  • Act as liaison between different stakeholders to ensure activities are aligned and implemented effectively.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in project & people management.
  • Ability to create a project plan for a team/task/mandate.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with managers, peers and reports.
  • Ability to manage your own time, priorities, and work within deadlines.
