What you will do
- Lead migration strategy, planning, and risk mitigation for customer EMR data migrations
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on data mapping and ETL processes
- Manage projects and stakeholders, serving as primary contact for technical and operational teams
- Design and enforce data validation and quality assurance protocols
- Develop process documentation and drive continuous improvement of migration workflows
- Train and manage offshore QA teams to ensure data integrity and adherence to QA standards
Requirements
- Must work onsite in Mountain View, CA, USA
- 3+ years experience in operations management, technical program management, or implementation leadership
- Client-facing experience and familiarity with EMR data migrations is a plus
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data frameworks such as Pandas and NumPy
- Experience with OCR frameworks like Tesseract or AWS Textract
