What you will do

  • Develop and update training modules for cyber workforce upskilling and professional development.
  • Create video training and multimedia products to increase program awareness.
  • Design and deploy training materials for HR practitioners on cyber occupational structures and compensation.
  • Administer knowledge and skills enhancement programs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, human capital management, or related field.
  • 10 years of professional experience in workforce training, learning and development, or related roles supporting federal, military, or defense organizations.
  • Experience in designing and delivering technical or cyber-focused training programs.
  • Experience in developing instructional materials and multimedia content.
  • Experience in supporting workforce skill development initiatives for employees and managers.

Nice to have

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience working at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) level.
  • Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint development and administration.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to completion.
  • Highly motivated professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
