What you will do
- Develop and update training modules for cyber workforce upskilling and professional development.
- Create video training and multimedia products to increase program awareness.
- Design and deploy training materials for HR practitioners on cyber occupational structures and compensation.
- Administer knowledge and skills enhancement programs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, human capital management, or related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in workforce training, learning and development, or related roles supporting federal, military, or defense organizations.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical or cyber-focused training programs.
- Experience in developing instructional materials and multimedia content.
- Experience in supporting workforce skill development initiatives for employees and managers.
Nice to have
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience working at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) level.
- Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient in Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint development and administration.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to completion.
