- Build new services using Golang to meet critical product and business needs.
- Design scalable systems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
- Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems and the teams running them.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
- Knowledge of how to compose a service-oriented architecture.
- Passion for building an open financial system.

- Experience with rapid company growth (from startup to mid-size).
- Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks.
- Experience with Blockchain technology (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum).
