What you will do

  • Design and build state-of-the-art speech machine learning models and AI-driven applications.

  • Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance and accuracy.
  • Engage with latest ML and AI developments, participate in code reviews, and lead engineering practices.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure ongoing value delivery.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, United States
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 2+ years professional engineering experience in relevant roles.
  • Experience with deep learning, transformers, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with training and fine-tuning large language models; speech model experience is a plus.
