What you will do

  • Communicate complex technical concepts and business value to diverse stakeholders.
  • Support pilot programs and proof-of-value engagements to drive production-ready deployment.

  • Validate key performance measurements upon successful system implementation.
  • Provide critical product feedback to development labs to influence roadmap and feature quality.
  • Contribute to reusable technical assets, documentation, and playbooks to scale enablement.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing collaboration.
  • Academic exposure to operating systems, networking basics, and project management (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Programming fundamentals in Java or COBOL.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible or YAML.
  • Knowledge of observability concepts (OpenTelemetry).
  • Curiosity or experience with AI/LLM technologies.
  • Understanding of mainframe environments (IBM Z, CICS, IMS).
