What you will do

  • Review, analyze, and resolve complex payment processing issues, identifying and tracking patterns to escalate to stakeholders.
  • Recommend and assist with implementing process improvements for daily payment operations within the virtual card team.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Virtual Card payment methods, addressing questions and escalations.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business Enablement, Risk Operations) to enhance team processes and procedures.
  • Focus on increasing revenue by identifying and communicating opportunities to improve success rates at the vendor level.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with payment processing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using multi-channel telephony technologies, such as chat, web-portal, and phone.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about research and investigation of payment exceptions.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

  • Experience with G-Suite platform is preferred.
