What you will do
- Own creative strategy and visual direction for all marketing initiatives.
- Translate complex product work into compelling, story-driven visual narratives.
- Craft case studies, landing pages, showreels, campaign assets, social content, and thought leadership visuals.
- Evolve and safeguard the Metalab brand across all public touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product designers and client teams to extract strong stories.
- Guide motion direction and interaction storytelling across web and video.
Requirements
- Remote candidates must be located within PST to GMT time zones.
- 5+ years experience in brand, visual, graphic, or digital design.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and narrative-driven storytelling.
- Experience designing marketing websites, case studies, social assets, or campaigns for digital products.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong motion and interaction sensibilities; experience with After Effects, Lottie, Rive, Blender or similar is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills, written and verbal.
